Proposals Content Manager

Content Strategy & Governance:

• Own and maintain the proposal content library and knowledge management platform (e.g., Responsive, Loopio).
• Establish governance frameworks, review cycles, and ownership models for content health.
• Develop standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy to improve searchability and reuse.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Security, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to gather and validate content.
• Serve as central point of contact for proposal content updates related to product releases and compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly content reviews with designated content owners.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement:

• Track metrics like content utilization, search effectiveness, and time-to-response improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase seller self-service.
• Build dashboards and executive reporting on content performance and proposal effectiveness.
