Proposal Specialist (Pharma)

Role Responsibilities:

• Respond to RFPs from media agencies by producing custom PowerPoint decks and Excel pricing responses.
• Adapt templated slides to each brand's therapeutic area and campaign objectives, collaborating with sellers.
• Manage an active queue of concurrent proposals under strict deadlines, coordinating with internal teams.

Content & Library Management:

• Maintain and organize the PowerPoint RFP slide library, ensuring content is current and on-brand.
• Review and update boilerplate slides as products evolve, flagging outdated content.
• Conduct periodic library audits to improve retrieval and consistency.

Quality & Process:

• Proof all proposals for accuracy, formatting, and alignment with RFP requirements.
• Monitor submission tracker in Asana, flagging capacity or deadline conflicts.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase throughput and quality over time.
