Responsibilities:

- Analyze solicitation documents to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, win themes, risks, and differentiators.
- Lead proposal kickoff calls, content planning sessions, and review cycles.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex proposals and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and proposal development tools.
