What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay operations: vendor onboarding, bill creation, payment preparation, and ledger maintenance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations across all entities.
- Post monthly accruals, revenue entries, and prepare variance analysis for internal stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to design and execute workflows in P2P and close processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform variance analysis and contribute to management reporting in a remote environment.
