Role Summary:
- Own the COO’s systems roadmap.
- Responsible for productionizing weekly reports.
- Ensure our systems are working and getting used!
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Translate COO priorities and internal operating needs into a prioritized backlog of system improvements.
- Partner with the Senior Data Engineer on the data layer and external engineering partners on application modules when needed.
- Build directly on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform where appropriate.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- 7-10+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating internal business systems.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform experience.
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI / LLMs into internal workflows.
