Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent across all departments within Chowbus. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with the company’s growth and diversity goals.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offers.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels and maintain active talent pipelines.

Interview Process Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate structured and equitable interview processes; manage assessments and ensure timely feedback from hiring teams.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support: Prepare competitive offer recommendations and facilitate offer discussions.

Compliance, Reporting & ATS Management: Maintain accurate applicant records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring laws.
