Job Description
We are looking for an ace with numbers and passion for reporting to join our growing sales organization. Our Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with our sales leadership team to translate data into meaningful information to help us grow and scale our organization. You'll play a key role in helping the sales leadership team maximize their sales and attainment goals through analytics, reporting, and metric tracking to provide impactful insights to the business. Our Sales Operations Analyst will be a partner in crime to the leadership team in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results focused professional with strong critical thinking skills and strategic mind set. The Sales Operations Analyst will create reports, dashboards and analytics to help track key performance indicators, support day-to-day inquiries , own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports, analyze issues and weakness, drive process optimization, assist in building out compensation plans, be a trusted business partner to sales leadership and conduct on-demand ad hoc queries and provide analysis in a timely manner.
