Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, with a preference for medical device sales.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, along with the ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.
- Preferred skills include a proven record of success, exceptional work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation and Details:
- The role offers a market-competitive compensation package including base pay, commission, benefits, and equity.
- The target pay rate is $176,800 to $186,196 annually, and candidates must live in or relocate to the San Antonio area.
