Job Description

Accelerate revenue growth and market share by cultivating strategic wholesale partnerships across the EU. The Director of EU Sales & Business Development will lead retail strategy across the region and establish WHOOP as the leading brand in performance wearable technology. This role requires a seasoned business development leader with deep retail and distribution expertise, a sharp commercial acumen, and the ability to build strong partner relationships that align with WHOOP’s premium brand and performance-driven mission. Responsible for accelerating revenue growth and market share by cultivating strategic wholesale partnerships across the EU. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, onboarding, and activating strategic retail and marketplace partnerships. Establish a multi-year pipeline of high-impact partners across sports, fitness, health, and lifestyle segments to fuel long-term brand growth.
