We are looking for a sales manager to join our team on a remote basis for the UK.
Provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Inside Sales Representatives, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, training, and regular feedback. You will also be responsible for P&L and sales tracking. You will design and implement a fit-for-purpose inside sales strategy aligned to UK commercial priorities, ensuring robust workflows, segmentation, and contact plans that optimise reach, revenue, and service quality. Maximise customer value by understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and champion a customer-first approach.
