The IT Lead focuses on SaaS infrastructure, building automation to integrate systems, stabilizing access management, creating tools for IT, and managing the employee IT lifecycle. The role leverages expertise to enhance application security, optimize workflows, and contribute to a self-service environment. This role involves supporting application systems, managing vendors, ensuring smooth implementations of new technologies, and providing help desk support. The IT Lead will also play a key role in improving processes and customer support through comprehensive documentation and training.
Responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for IT related support issues, developing scripts to optimize IT workflows, configuring policies, managing groups, supporting Okta, creating and maintaining automation, ensuring effective vendor management, and leading organization-wide upgrades. Delivering white glove service to C-Level staff is also expected.
