Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of experienced TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
- Work with Client Success to help merchants grow and take advantage of Affirm's expanding product suite.
- Establish and track team OKRs, with proactive action plans for meeting goals.
- Forecast demand for TAMs and recruit as necessary.
Qualifications:
- At least five years in a B2B customer-facing technical role and three years as a people manager.
- Strong technical background in web development technologies and REST APIs.
- Great relationship builder and communicator.
- Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or in-store retailers.
Compensation:
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $165,000 - $225,000.
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $146,000 - $206,000.
- Includes equity rewards, monthly stipends, and benefits with 100% subsidized medical coverage.
