About the Role:
- The Retail Operations Manager develops and executes the operational strategy for Squishable's retail fleet.
- They report to the Director of Retail and serve as a strategic business partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and operational budgets.
- Lead cross-functional projects and provide operational reporting.
