Operations Excellence Manager

About the Role:

• Lead analytics and measurement-based management to accelerate growth and Operations quality.
• Structure problems, dive into data, and partner internally and externally to affect change.
• Measure results to ensure lasting improvement across all initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

• Champion metric-based operations by gathering data and running analysis on cost-to-serve, throughput, unit economics, and more.
• Drive transparency and accountability through usable dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with the Strategy & Analytics team to leverage all data for better operational decisions.

Special Project Ownership:

• Identify, prioritize, and scope high-impact projects to improve Operations.
• Execute projects independently with collaboration from all stakeholders.
• Measure before-and-after results to ensure lasting improvement.
