Lead the process of creating high-quality, persuasive responses to RFPs and RFIs, working with various teams to craft narratives that highlight our unique value proposition. Design compelling pitch decks, translating complex financial solutions into clear stories addressing the specific needs of merchant partners. Maintain content quality, ensuring it is consistent and optimized for effectiveness by analyzing performance data. Ensure all content directly addresses merchant challenges and pain points. Partner with Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing to align on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
