Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues.
- Administer Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for device provisioning.
Patch Management:
- Develop and execute patching strategies.
- Coordinate patch testing, deployment, and validation.
- Monitor patch compliance and remediation status.
Automation and Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to automate endpoint management processes.
- Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Tanium and JAMF for endpoint administration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
