Loan Servicing Representative

Overview:

• Supports the day-to-day activities of the Loan Services function.
• Helps ensure customer accounts are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborates with team members and internal departments to address inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine loan servicing tasks in alignment with established procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from internal partners by providing information.
• Maintain accurate records and system entries in accordance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in loan servicing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supporting consumer lending or mortgage operations.
