Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize integrated marketing campaigns including awareness, nurturing, and retargeting programs.
- Partner with Business Marketing for strategy alignment and oversee the demand generation funnel from segmentation to pipeline.
- Use analytics to refine ABM programs, email workflows, and digital retargeting for continuous performance improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales Operations to optimize lead scoring, routing, and conversion processes for smooth sales handoff.
- Coordinate with Field Marketing on regional activation and integrated program alignment to drive business-unit goals.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements in all healthcare marketing activities.
Execution:
- Manage day-to-day campaign timelines, testing plans, and QA troubleshooting to ensure flawless delivery.
- Perform ongoing performance reporting on channel metrics and funnel conversion to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee cohesive digital tactics such as SEM, display, programmatic, social, and paid media to support objectives.
