Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized freight brokerage strategies tailored to market opportunities.
  • Analyze freight market trends, carrier capacity, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and growing a book of business from prospecting through closure.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships across diverse industries.
