Payroll & Benefits Specialist

The Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll for salaried employees globally and assist in the year-end payroll process across all regions. They will support reconciliation processes and resolve payroll discrepancies. The specialist will ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and changes in payroll, retirement, and benefit systems. Respond to employee inquiries about payroll procedures and benefits. Stay updated on global tax and regulatory changes and assist with general ledger reconciliations and vacation accruals. This role implements process improvements to payroll and benefits processes and handles escalated issues.
