About the Role:
- Manage key operational functions for the day-to-day running of the PSA Exchange business.
- Drive strategic initiatives by drawing insights from performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead business transformation projects from start to finish in a highly organized manner.
About You:
- 7+ years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce strategy or business operations, or 3-5 years in investment banking or consulting.
- Generalist approach with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
