Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator under the guidance of the HR MGR-Recruiting & Onboarding will perform administrative support functions of a complex and detailed nature in support of the Recruitment & Staffing Team, requiring strong analytical and independent judgment skills. The Recruiting Coordinator will also provide coverage for the administrative team when necessary. The role includes recruiting operations support, managing the careers email inbox, creating new opportunity requests, and assisting with recruiting metrics. The coordinator is responsible for processing bonus programs, system administration support, and updating the ATS platform. Additionally, the Recruiting Coordinator manages the offer letter process, pre-employment screening, and new hire onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 form completion. General administrative support is also provided, along with special project assistance and customer service.
