Product & Revenue Leadership:
- Own the Chumba P&L end to end, including revenue, gross margin, promotions cost and ROI.
- Build a deep, current view of the market and competition to set strategy and roadmap.
- Diagnose what's driving or dragging performance and guide teams to effective solutions.
Team and Culture:
- Build and lead high-performing teams across disciplines and locations, including senior leaders.
- Stay close enough to the work to know if plans will hit the numbers.
- Create real alignment across geographically spread teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years in digital commercial leadership, including at least 3 owning a P&L for a $100M+ consumer app.
- Direct operating experience in social casino, real money gaming, or comparable high-stakes consumer app.
- Proven track record of getting personally into the numbers and building or unpicking cohort models.
