The Role:
- We’re looking for a Casino Manager to lead the launch, growth, and long-term performance of Midnite’s casino operations within the Canadian market.
- This role combines market strategy, commercial performance, player engagement, and operational execution.
- You’ll play a key role in establishing Midnite’s casino presence across Canada, shaping the local player experience.
You Will:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for Midnite’s casino offering across Canada, including Ontario and future regulated provinces.
- Own the day-to-day commercial performance of the Canadian casino vertical across revenue, retention, and player value.
- Localise the casino experience including game selection, promotions, UX, and player journeys for the Canadian audience.
