What You'll Do:
- Manage a dedicated book of VIP players, driving engagement and loyalty through personalized outreach.
- Oversee bonus execution, ensuring reinvestment rates align with company margins.
- Act as Voice of the Player, advising on game providers and features to improve the VIP experience.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with the Head of Retention to build and refine the VIP lifecycle.
- Analyze player activity to align bonuses with theoretical win and actual play.
- Systematically collect player feedback to translate into actionable product insights.
Monitoring & Compliance:
- Track activity drops to execute proactive reactivation strategies before churn occurs.
- Ensure all interactions and incentives adhere to regulatory standards and responsible gaming protocols.
