Role Responsibilities:
- Support and resolve user issues and inquiries in a professional and timely manner using email and chat, exceeding expectations to deliver outstanding support.
- Capture user insights and trends to inform enhancements across product, marketing, and operations.
- Monitor for critical site issues and escalate to proper channels for speedy resolution.
Payments & Fraud Duties:
- Review and approve player deposits and withdrawal requests, reviewing accounts for potential irregularities and conducting basic account investigations.
- Conduct due diligence investigations based on internal processes.
- Resolve bet and contest inquiries regarding sporting rules, account, and billing issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years in customer-focused role or 1+ year in Payments/Fraud; detail-oriented with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of online gaming fraud, payments, and sportsbook tools preferred; experience with payment providers and customer support tools like Intercom.
- Self-motivated with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
