Role Overview:
- Senior individual contributor role selling Flai's AI-native sales CRM to dealerships.
- Work closely with founders, sell to new dealer groups, and expand existing relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Prospecting, discovery, demos, pilot design, proposals, negotiation and close.
- Build your own pipeline and partner with customer success on expansion opportunities.
- Track pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot, and bring customer and competitive feedback to product.
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive CRM sales experience with a proven dealer track record and quota attainment.
- Deep dealership workflow knowledge and strong commercial judgment.
- Founder mindset with remote sales discipline and willingness to travel.
