- Serve as the primary HR business partner for GTM leadership.
- Lead the development and deployment of people initiatives that drive organizational performance, engagement, and retention.
- Coach senior leaders on team scaling, leadership readiness, performance conversations, and change management.
- Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility programs, and leadership development initiatives across GTM functions.
- Design and implement change strategies during organizational updates.
