Own the development, governance, and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation.
Independently synthesize complex technical, product, and operational information.
Lead documentation planning and execution in alignment with product roadmaps.

Skills:

Proficient in SQL (Select, Joins, CTE, Sub Queries).
Utilize Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
Strong communication skills, including writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Requirements:

BA/BS in Technical Communication or related discipline, or at least 5 years of experience.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
Self-starters requiring minimal day-to-day supervision.
