Serve as a technical advisor for customers, helping design and develop complex integration solutions. Build customer relationships and troubleshoot issues throughout onboarding and launch. Partner with Product and Engineering to develop specs for new features and integrations, automating internal workflows. Translate business needs into actionable reports, write SQL queries, and investigate data issues.
Lead external partner integration projects, gathering requirements and coordinating with engineering teams. Act as a subject matter expert across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, improving documentation. Communicate technical concepts clearly and solve problems with relational databases, using AWS infrastructure and BI tools.
