Senior Principal, Technical Program Management - Regulatory Compliance

About the Role:

• As a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance, you will build bridges between Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams.
• You will translate regulatory requirements into technical requirements and implementation plans.
• You will define operating models for R&D to maintain existing requirements and drive creation of roadmaps.

What You'll Do:

• Influence entire compliance programs and Twilio’s strategic direction by translating priorities into executable programs.
• Establish portfolio management frameworks and reporting to improve decision-making across leadership.
• Serve as primary point of contact to SVPs and executive leadership on compliance programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and how they intersect with business strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
