Responsibilities:
- Claims Intake, Filing & Evaluation: Efficiently process new claims, evaluate loss information, and ensure accurate categorization for smooth operations.
- Customer Support & Resolution: Address inquiries, provide clear claim determinations, and resolve issues with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred, and minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook for document management, communication, and accurate data entry tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and ability to explain procedures clearly to customers.
Environment:
- Work involves a fixed 40-hour weekly schedule, including a Saturday shift, after a 4-week paid training period from Monday to Friday.
