Job Description
This role will lead Alma’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, HRIS & Analytics, and overall People Operations functions. As a key member of both the HR Leadership Team and Alma’s Senior Leadership Team, this role will ensure that our people processes, rewards programs, and compliance strategies scale effectively as we grow. Alma’s workforce includes both exempt and a large non-exempt staff, requiring a leader with expertise in hourly workforce compensation, multi-state compliance, and workforce management best practices. The VP will oversee a team of two to start, with the responsibility to grow and shape the team as needed to support Alma’s continued expansion. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that will ensure Alma remains a top employer by offering competitive compensation, meaningful benefits, and seamless people operations that enhance the employee experience.
