Job Description
Lead the design, execution, and scale of learning and talent development programs across AHEAD, serving as the enterprise lead for Learning & Development, with dedicated partnership to AHEAD Consulting and Services (ACS). Set the L&D vision aligned to AHEAD's IMPACT 2027 vision, enabling business capability and employee growth and overseeing the evolution of AHEAD's L&D systems, including LMS governance, vendor partnerships, digital learning platforms, and content strategy. The role also involves leading L&D for ACS, serving as the strategic learning partner to ACS leadership.
