Job Description
As a GAC Engagement Manager - Reporting and Insights Lead, you will manage a portfolio of engagements and be the resident expert in reporting and analytics. You'll connect the GAC, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring engagements are seamlessly executed and tracked. Your knowledge of company operations and internal systems will drive efficiency and maximize GAC impact. You will tell a compelling story with the data collected, tracking outcomes and ensuring a continuous feedback loop.
Key responsibilities include data management, customer engagement, and operational support. You will own the collection, analysis, and visualization of program data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with the GAC team to refine success metrics. Also, you'll partner with the sales team to equip GAC Executives with data-backed insights, track customer interactions, and project manage GAC engagements.
