Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager will join the dynamic Talent Strategy team and will be a key part of taking ACT to the next level. This position is a dual role of both individual contributor in sourcing, screening, and hiring, as well as helping to develop and implement the strategy for attracting and retaining top talent. This includes creating strong partnerships with hiring managers, fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal team members, developing strong pipelines aligned to organizational workforce plans, and continuously improving our recruitment tools, programs, and processes by staying current on emerging trends and technologies.
