People Systems and Ops Associate

As Vanta’s People Systems and Ops Associate, you will play a key role in driving our People programs while working closely with many cross functional partners. You will play a vital role in strengthening the infrastructure of our People team by owning the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR systems. You’ll ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows through automation, and support cross-functional initiatives that improve our internal operations and employee experience. The responsibilities include system ownership & administration, data integrity & reporting, automation & workflow optimization, program support & enablement, compliance & audits, and teammate experience.
