Talent and Development Consultant

Role Overview:

• Play a key role in bringing the Talent & Development strategy to life for commercial and central functions.
• Combine business partnering, programme delivery, and talent development in a highly collaborative environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor on learning initiatives, balancing business needs with learning expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify development needs by working closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Design, facilitate, and embed engaging learning experiences that drive measurable business impact.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial scoping and design through to implementation and evaluation.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong background in Talent & Development, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
• Confident facilitator delivering workshops, leadership programmes, and development interventions.
