Senior Automation & Business Process Analyst

Role Overview:

• Lead process transformation initiatives end to end, including discovery, assessment, design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and support a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map current- and future-state processes, develop SOPs, and translate business needs into clear requirements and project plans.
• Work with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Rippling, Power Platform, UiPath, and workflow automation tools.
• Design robust ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Databricks to support data integrity.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft Power Platform is required.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills, plus familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, healthcare, and AI technologies is a plus.
