We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter with a strong background in non-exempt talent acquisition. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates for a variety of automotive maintenance positions at Stree Free Auto Care. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties: Actively engage and pursue candidates without relying on LinkedIn and Passive applicants in the ATS. This role requires heavy search, outreach, and strategic methods to secure top talent. Define strategies to acquire top talent while managing and measuring acquisition costs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Provide feedback to candidates. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate and schedule interviews and collaborate with HR to extend job offers.
