Job Description
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across the company, with a focus on bringing in exceptional technical talent.
- Own recruiting coordination from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and managing background checks.
- Keep key recruiting metrics on track, regularly sharing insights and progress.
Strategic Advisor:
- Partner closely with hiring managers, helping refine role scopes and align hiring needs with market realities.
- Provide market-informed guidance on compensation, talent trends, and offer strategies.
- Train and coach hiring managers on interview best practices, empowering them to show up prepared and confident.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with Marketing to bring our employer brand to life, attracting diverse, high-quality talent.
- Champion an exceptional candidate journey, making sure every interaction feels welcoming and transparent.
- Create and analyze candidate NPS surveys, using feedback to elevate our hiring experience.
