Reconciliation and Billing Analyst

Role Summary:

• Ensure billing accuracy and integrity across card schemes, processors, and vendors.
• Perform daily scheme advisement reconciliation, clearing and settlement matching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile network billing and validate fees against internal transaction and settlement data.
• Manage vendor invoices, scheme mandates, and commission/interchange reconciliation.
• Monitor billing trends, maintain forecasts, and prepare monthly variance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in issuing/processing operations or payments finance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for large dataset reconciliation.
