Associate Billing Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Help keep billing running smoothly by preparing and reviewing customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Research billing discrepancies and customer questions, resolving routine issues and escalating more complex concerns.
• Maintain organized billing records, process adjustments, and assist with accounts receivable.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in billing, accounting, finance, customer support, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with customers and internal teams.
