Position Summary:
- Play a key role in ensuring a positive, seamless client experience.
- Handle high-touch billing inquiries and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
- Build trust and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage the billing inbox and phone line within department guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of billing processes, policies, and system updates.
- Identify recurring issues and provide backup support to the Billing Specialist.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Specialist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work overtime and flex schedule as needed.
