About the Role:
- Own client matters from start to finish, ensuring accounts are in good standing.
- Use sound judgment and problem-solving to address account issues with empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts for balances and financial needs.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text.
- Maintain precise, audit-ready records.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, account management, or billing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort discussing financial matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Clio or similar is a plus.
