Customer Service Representative – Utility Billing

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions regarding natural gas bills and account balances.
• Process and assist with customer payments.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 1 year previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
