Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day customer service activities handling self-pay and insurance billing inquiries.
• Assist patients in resolving billing issues, including setting up payment plans.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports of customer interactions and escalations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Associate's degree with at least one year of revenue cycle experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
