Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

• Handles claims resolution, benefits inquiries, and coverage eligibility concerns for client employees.
• Works closely with clients and carriers via phone and email to resolve matters within 24 hours.

Essential Functions:

• Educate client employees on optimal benefit utilization and cost-effective plan options.
• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and generate client analysis reports.
• Act as a primary resource for insurance billing, coding, and group benefits.

Qualifications:

• Three plus years of experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Knowledge of eligibility claims, medical coding, and billing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range of $22 - $25 per hour.
