Payroll Partner Service Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Handle email and platform communication with payroll partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain SLA's for policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and escalations.
• Model behaviors to resolve issues and anticipate future concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in high-volume customer contact and insurance customer service or sales.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Salesforce, Slack, and payment processing systems.
