About the Role:
- You'll serve as both a senior Support operator and a people leader, leading and developing the Support team while remaining close to the work.
- You'll work closely with the Head of Support and cross-functional teams to maintain a high bar for partner experience.
What You'll Do:
- Regularly manage and resolve support tickets, investigate payroll and tax issues with high accuracy.
- Own complex escalations and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and other teams to drive resolution.
- Coach teammates, manage queue health, and surface improvements to support workflows.
